Policies

• Drones/UAVs are not allowed to be flown inside of the exhibit hall per Hard Rock and the NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement.
• We encourage Exhibitors to have drawings for prizes at their booth.  Increase the foot traffic to your booth.
• Booth spaces are limited, and locations will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.  
• Booth assignments will NOT be made until all payments are received.
• Standard indoor booth is 10’ x 10’ with pipe and drape, and includes a 6’ draped table, two chairs, and wastebasket.
• If you are providing digital ads for the Conference Program or the Conference TV, full page ad size should be 8.5"x11" and half-page 8.5"x5.5". Minimum resolution 300 dpi.
• By registering for the NJEPA Conference and in exchange for the NJEPA providing you with convention services, you agree to pay NJEPA the fees listed above by the required payment date
• Payment may be made using a check, Visa or MasterCard.  American Express is currently not accepted.
• Every attempt will be made, however advertising material received after the cutoff date may not be included in the program.

• Large Vehicle Displays- Hard Rock has room for various size vehicle displays. Please work with our Sponsor Team to save a space for your vehicles.

  • The maximum height would be 14’-6”.

  • Maximum width is 14’-0”

  • There is a sharp turn required to enter the arena through the Hard Rock tunnel. A truck length of 35’-0” should be able to navigate.

• Additionally, the Hard Rock has specific requirements within Hard Rock Live at the Etess Arena.

• Fuel tanks shall be kept filled at a level of no more than 1/8 of a its labeled liquid volume for vehicles on display 7 days or less. Vehicle must be at 1/8, or below, prior to entering the arena;

  • A purge fee of $500 will be incurred for all vehicles with more than 1/8 of a tank

• Vehicle is required to have a lockable fuel cap;

• Battery will be disconnected while vehicle is on display;

• The key to the vehicle must be turned over to Hard Rock Security or Transportation Department upon delivery;

• At no time will the vehicle be moved while participants are present;

• Vehicles must never be started, driven or operated under their own power within the building;

• Hard Rock Security or Transportation will return the key to the designated representative before show move out.

Booth Additions

Additional attendees over the number included can be added to any sponsor/exhibitor level at the cost of $100 per attendee.  Contact the sponsor team for assistance adding additional attendees.
