Conference Fees and Early-Bird Dates for Attendees

The Board and Planning Committees of NJEPA look forward to seeing you all again in 2022! 

NJEPA strives to keep the NJEPA conference the most affordable program on the East Coast! With the new times we are experiencing, we are forced to adjust our fees slighty this year. However, you will see that we have been able to add amenities for your week in Atlantic City. We will continue to have the largest selection of trainings and breakouts for emergency managers (public and private), first responders and others who work so hard in the disaster and preparedness fields.

Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City, continues to offer the lowest price on luxury overnight rooms for conference goers. Please review the accommodations and opportunities available for overnight stay by clicking on our Hotel Information page.

The Conference Luncheon will be included with your registration this year, but we will again be charging a nominal fee to attend the Awards and Networking Reception. The $15 fee does not cover the full cost of this event, but in addition to providing you an inexpensive dining opportunity, it will help us provide accurate attendee counts, thereby helping to control costs.

We are also looking to expand our breaks and other meal offerings during the week and continue with our Vendor Reception. Coupling these events with the lower cost hotel accomodations and there are many reasons to continue your conference experience after the normal work day ends. Menus

	NJEPA will be offering Alternate Lunch Opportunities in the Convention Center on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of the Conference for a nominal fee of $10. Tickets will be available daily, on site for purchase in the vicinity of the Registration Area. There are a limited number of tickets available for each day. Cash preferred to keep the lines moving. View the menus below. Remember- The conference Luncheon, on Thursday, is included with your registration.
Alternate Lunch Opportunities
In addition to the havoc COVID generally caused, NJEPA was unaware that it would also cause significant staffing gaps at Harrah's on-site restaurants and shops the week of the 2021 conference. These gaps severely limiting the options for quick dining during the week of the conference.  To proactively prepare for 2022, NJEPA is working with Harrah's to have additional meal options available the first three days of the conference this May. The details are still being worked out and more information will be sent to registrants as it is developed. The proposed dining plan for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday is below. These meals will only be available for the 2022 conference. Again, these will be limited quantity offerings on a first-come, first-service basis, with additional details being sent to conference registrants.
Monday	Box Lunch- Turkey or Italian Hoagies, Potato Salad, Chocolate Chip Cookie
Tuesday	Plated Lunch- Classic Chicken or Salmon Caesar Salad w Creamy Garlic Dressing and Family Style Desserts
Wednesday	Boxed Lunch- Turkey or Caprese Hoagies, Pasta Salad, Brownies
