The exhibit hall is located in the Tropicana and serves as the hub of all the conference activities. By participating in a sponsorship you can maximize your exposure at the biggest event of the year! General Information

  • Booth spaces are limited and locations will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
  • Standard booth is 8’ x 10’ pipe and drape, and includes a 6’ draped table, two chairs, wastebasket, carpet and electricity. Any other ancillary services and supplies are subject to an additional charge.

  • If you are placing a display ad, your camera-ready artwork must be received no later than March 31, 2015. Format should be .pdf, .jpg, .tif, or .eps., and e-mailed to executive.director@njepa.org .
  • Banners to be supplied by the sponsor prior to the event.
  • The conference program is full color. Ad sizes are as follows:
    • Full Page – 8” wide x 10.5” high,
    • Half Page – 8” wide x 5.125” high,
    • Quarter Page – 3.875” wide x 5.125” high
  • Your company description and logo must be received no later than March 31, 2014 for inclusion in the program. Information received after that date will not be included in the program.
  • Exhibit set-up is from 8 AM – 4:30 PM, May 6, 2015. Exhibitor reception will be held from 5 PM – 7:30 PM that same evening.
    Exhibit breakdown can start at 4:00 PM, Thursday, May 7, 2015.
  • Payment is required to reserve booth space and to receive attendee registration information.
  • Payment may be made using a check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. If paying by check, please make your check payable to the New Jersey Emergency Preparedness Association and mail to the following:
