Fees Meals

The Board and Planning Committees of NJEPA look forward to seeing you all again in 2023! 

NJEPA strives to keep the NJEPA conference the most affordable program on the East Coast! With the new times we are experiencing, we are forced to adjust our fees slighty this year. However, you will see that we have been able to add amenities for your week in Atlantic City. We will continue to have the largest selection of trainings and breakouts for emergency managers (public and private), first responders and others who work so hard in the disaster and preparedness fields.

Hard Rock Casino Hotel, offers the one of the lowest price on luxury overnight rooms for conference goers. Please review the accommodations and opportunities available for overnight stay by clicking on our Hotel Information page.

The Conference Luncheon will be included with your registration this year, but we will be charging a nominal fee to attend the Awards and Networking Dinner Reception. The $25 fee does not cover the full cost of this event, but in addition to providing you an inexpensive dining opportunity, it will help us provide accurate attendee counts, thereby helping to control costs.

We are also looking to expand our breaks and other meal offerings during the week and continue with our Vendor Reception. Coupling these events with the low cost hotel accomodations there are many reasons to continue your conference experience after the normal work day ends. Please keep an eye on the conference Agenda (under development) for further information on these events.

Meals

**Hot beverages will be available in the Big Cypress Foyer all day in addition to scheduled breakfast and break times.**
 
Final menus will be based on availability of product at time of event.

Networking and Awards Reception Dinner Menu ($25)
Serve Time- 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, Tuesday, April 18th

The event will feature dinner and a cash bar, recommended dress code is smart casual.

Vendor Reception Menu (Included)
Serve Time- 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Wednesday, April 19th

Stop by the Exhibit hall on Wednesday evening to meet with our vendors and grab some food.  We will be offering  boardwalk style food that will allow you to grab your food and visit the vendors. 

Food options will include items such as burgers, chicken sandwiches, vegetarian sandwiches, etc and fries. We are finalizing the exact selections that will be available during the vendor reception. 

 

Conference Luncheon Menu (Included)
Serve Time- 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, Thursday, April 20th

Our conference luncheon will be featuring a plated buffet starting with soup and salad.  Then providing you a selection of poultry, seafood, beef, and pasta. Rounding out the meal with an assortment of desserts.  We are finalizing the exact selections that will be at the luncheon during the week of the conference.  The full menu will be posted once it is finalized.
