The NJEPA annual conference would not be a success without our exhibitors and sponsors. Knowing this we strive to provide the best opportunities for those agencies, organizations and companies that support our program. We attempt to maximize the time of our exhibitors and sponsors with the emergency managers, first responders, elected officials, medical personnel and others who attend the yearly show. We also keep the fees as reasonable and competitive as possible to maximize the benefit for all while producing a quality program year after year.

For our 2021 Conference we have an outdoor exhibit space at our new venue! This is literally a chance to display products or equipment where the 'sky is the limit'. Important Information:

  • CLICK HERE to view the Vista Convention Services, Exhibitor Kit.
  • Booth spaces are limited and locations will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, after payment is received.
  • Standard booth is 8’ x 10’ pipe and drape, and includes a 6’ draped table, two chairs, wastebasket, and carpet. Other ancillary services and supplies are subject to an additional charge.
  • Electric is not included with the booth pricing. If electrical outlets are needed (phone, laptop, etc.), they will have to ordered through Vista/Encore.
  • Outside space – 20’ x 20’ – No chairs or tables are provided.
  • If you are placing a display ad, your camera-ready artwork must be received no later than August 1, 2021. Format should be .jpg, .tif, or .eps.
  • Your company description and logo must be received no later than August 1, 2021 for inclusion in the digital program. Information received after that date will not be included in the program.
  • Payment is required, to reserve space. All payments must be received by August 15, 2021.
  • Payment may be made using a check, Visa or MasterCard.
  • If paying by check, please make your check payable to the New Jersey Emergency Preparedness Association, by August 15, 2021, and mail to the following:

  • Booth assignments will NOT be made until all payments are received.
  • By registering for the NJEPA Conference and in exchange for the NJEPA providing you with convention services, you agree to pay NJEPA the fees, as listed in the above schedule, by August 15, 2021.
