Conference Fees and Early-Bird Dates for Attendees

The Board and Planning Committees of NJEPA look forward to seeing you all again in 2021 but this time at Harrah’s (we are going to try again)!

In 2021 we will be keeping our fees the same as 2020. This is will keep the NJEPA conference still the most affordable program on the East Coast! We will continue to have the largest selection of trainings and breakouts for emergency managers (public and private), first responders and others who work so hard in the disaster and preparedness fields.

Through negotiation with Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City, we have been able to lower the price of the luxury overnight rooms at Harrah’s. Please review the accommodations and opportunities available for overnight stay by clicking on our Hotel Information page.

We will again be charging a nominal fee, to control costs, to attend the Conference Luncheon and the Networking/Awards Reception. The $15, per event, does not cover the full cost of these events, but it will help us provide accurate attendee counts, thereby helping to control costs.

We are also looking to expand our breaks during the week and continue with our Vendor Sponsored Reception on Monday evening and Vendor Breakfast Tuesday morning. Couple these events with the lower cost hotel accomodations and there are many reasons to continue your conference experience after the normal work day ends. Please note that this year we will have a single break and refreshment area located in the Event Area by Registration. The Tuesday morning Breakfast will be in the exhibit hall.

In 2021, we will be again providing a small portfolio with your conference packet at check-in. This replaces the larger bags of past years.
